Every nearshoring provider is talking about AI. Here is what we actually point it at — requirements, test coverage and code review — and why that is a deliberate choice rather than a modest one.

Virgin Media, the UK connectivity provider under Liberty Global, runs marketing at a scale where campaign creation and lead handling can't live in spreadsheets. dotWhite supported the creation, management, and publishing of marketing and lead-generation campaigns through custom-built publishing tooling, and the systems ensuring that leads were pursued correctly and followed up on time.

At national-brand volume, the gap between "campaign published" and "lead pursued" is where revenue leaks. Campaigns needed to be created and published reliably, and every generated lead needed traceable ownership and follow-up.

The platform sustained a publishing pace of approximately 10-12 campaigns per month (internal estimate), with structured lead follow-up across the generated pipeline.

Custom .NET and Angular tooling covering the campaign lifecycle — creation, management, and publishing — plus lead-management functionality tracking the pursuit and follow-up of prospects generated by those campaigns.

Campaign tooling is only half the system. The other half — making sure no lead dies in a handover — is where the marketing spend is actually protected.
