Manufacturing

One article, twelve markets, one source of truth

A product that ships to twelve countries needs twelve sets of descriptions, configurations, and approvals — and the catalogue grows faster than any team can maintain by hand. Meanwhile the shop floor produces data that nobody upstream can use. We build the layers between ERP, PLM, MES, and your sales channels — and, where no product on the market fits, the application itself. Embedded in your team, or as a scope we take end to end.

Multi-plant, multi-market

Product and production data rarely live in one system. We work across the seams between them, not just inside one of them.

Built around your systems

We work in the landscape you already have — SAP, utility suites, in-house tools. No rip-and-replace, no migration you didn't ask for.

Teams that stay

The same engineers across releases, so the knowledge about your edge cases doesn't leave when the project does

The layers between your systems

Manufacturers rarely lack systems. What is missing is the connective tissue that keeps product, production, and sales data consistent while the portfolio and the plant network keep growing — and, now and then, an application that should exist and doesn't. Both are our work.

Product data and catalogues

Variant logic, market-specific attributes, translations, and approval workflows — so the same article can be sold correctly in every market without being maintained twelve times.

ERP and shop floor

Machine and order data moving both ways between production and ERP, with real error handling, so nobody re-types a confirmation into a second system.

Cross-plant reporting

Consolidating figures out of plants that each grew their own systems, into numbers that reconcile and that finance will actually sign off.

Customer and dealer applications

Configurators, order status, spare parts lookup — reading and writing against the real backend instead of becoming a second source of truth someone has to reconcile.

Data, security, jurisdiction
Data, security, jurisdiction

Questions your compliance team will ask first

Production IT sits close to physical operations and to know-how a competitor would like to have, so the procurement conversation starts with governance, not features. Here are our answers before you have to ask.

Where the data is

Development and operations run from Romania — inside the EU, under GDPR, with no third-country transfer to justify. Hosting follows your requirements, not ours.

Access and separation

Named engineers, defined access scope, documented on- and offboarding. In most projects we work in your systems under your rules.

Security practice

Our processes are aligned with ISO 27001 for information security and ISO 20000 for service management.

Production know-how

Drawings, recipes, and process parameters are the asset — the software around them is not. Restricted repositories, named access, and contractual protection for what you hand us.

How we set up
How we set up

The project environment comes with us

Getting a nearshore team productive usually costs weeks of licence procurement, tool provisioning, and access requests. We remove that step: our project and delivery environment is hosted, configured, and included.

Tooling included

Project management, tracking, and delivery tooling are provided and hosted by us at no additional cost — configured before the first sprint, not during it.

Or your environment

If you work embedded, we drop into your tooling and your process instead. The point is that setup is never the bottleneck.

Service management

Defined responsibilities, response expectations, and escalation paths, aligned with ISO 20000 practice.

Visibility

You see the same board we do: progress, open issues, quality checks, and what is actually shipping this sprint.

Why now
Why now

Four deadlines already in your planning

Most manufacturing IT roadmaps for the next two years are shaped by the same external deadlines. None of them are optional, and all of them compete for the same internal capacity.

SAP ECC support ends in 2027

Every custom development and interface built around ECC over the last two decades has to be assessed, adapted, or rebuilt. The core migration is one project; the surrounding landscape is a dozen.

The digital product passport

EU product rules move towards structured, machine-readable data per item — pulled from systems that currently hold it in fragments, spreadsheets, and PDFs.

The Cyber Resilience Act

Products with digital elements need documented security, vulnerability handling, and update paths across their lifecycle. That obligation lands on the manufacturer.

Supply chain reporting

Due diligence and sustainability reporting need supplier data that is auditable, not assembled by hand every quarter.

From sales order to production line: automating the handover to manufacturing

Manual handovers between order system and factory floor are where expensive errors happen. We supported BILKA with a solution that carries released orders from the SAP-adjacent environment into a production cockpit and onward into manufacturing — drastically reducing input errors in quantities, lengths, variants, and materials.

Modernizing a mature Electron trade design platform — seven Angular versions, no rewrite

An established trade design platform built with Angular and Electron had reached the end of its supported technology lifecycle: increasingly hard to develop, increasingly exposed. A dedicated two-person dotWhite modernization team independently planned and executed the full technology refresh after initial handover — bringing the application onto a current, supported stack without a rewrite and without disrupting ongoing product development.

Connecting a Hybris customer portal to SAP for a telecom provider

Telecom products live fast and die slow: tariffs are marketed for months, but the contracts they create run for years. We built the integration layer that keeps a Hybris-based customer portal, contract management, and SAP-driven ERP processes consistent — for current offers and legacy products alike.

The bottleneck was never typing

Every nearshoring provider is talking about AI. Here is what we actually point it at — requirements, test coverage and code review — and why that is a deliberate choice rather than a modest one.
